How many guests can stay overnight?
AWAY can accommodate up to 6 overnight guests for sleeping comfort.
Are day visitors allowed?
Yes, up to 16 guests are welcome for a day stay. Any additional guest is subject to approval.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the property.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the RV. It is only permitted in outdoor areas, excluding the platform.
Is alcohol allowed?
No. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the entire premises.
Is the property suitable for children?
Yes, but parents must take full responsibility for their safety due to the water, bridge, and pool areas.
Are celebrations allowed?
Yes, small celebrations and gatherings are welcome, provided guests maintain a peaceful atmosphere and avoid loud disturbance.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, and the remaining 50% is due 2 days before arrival.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A AED 2,000 security deposit is required by bank transfer before check-in. It is refundable within 24 hours after check-out, subject to inspection.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings are final, and payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no show.
